Woodburn Day Care Club provides an essential service for older people who have a range of age related illnesses such as dementia, stroke, respiratory ailments, physical disabilities and mental health issues.

Our priorities are to help overcome social exclusion and isolation within this inviting friendly local project, through useful information, effective support and community and personal development.
